Besides the 5AM film session. They practice in morning after that. And came back in the afternoon for a second practice. They were intense and KOFI and Payne were isolated in the first practice not allowed to Layup. Only Dunks against each other. Safe to say some felt bad for Omar Payne. Kofi had a nasty look many hadn’t seen before. Kofi knows if he’s close and he tries to lay it in or finesse the ball. He’s getting chewed and likely coming out. Omar Payne takes that beating in practice and should honestly be better equipped against smaller guys. Brad and Alexander aren’t playing around about this. They want Kofi Ruthless around the hoop.
I will also reiterate. Trent will be taking 15-20 shots a game and staff doesn’t care if he makes 6-7 of the 20. They want him being aggressive. And these things you will see going forward and more Hawkins at 5 when Kofi is out
