As y’all already know, being a subscriber on here has its perks. you already knew Jaheim Clark was going to verbal over a month ago. He did last night along with 5 star kicker David Olano and 3 star DE Mason Muragin. let’s Recap that.

Jaheim Clarke 6-1 Safety Riverdale HS Fort Meyers, FL

Flat out steal. Iowa State offered him and he went and visited last week. he was always coming to Illinois though. but if you haven’t noticed Iowa state has been a really good program for 3-4 years now. this is the second kid in a week illinois will beat ISU out for. that’s impressive. a little secret. Aaron Henry Brother in law is the coach at Clarke’s HS Riverdale. the kid was always coming here and he will be someone in three years fans Love.

David Olano 5-star Kicker Naperville North

Highly coveted kicker who had Notre Dame wanting him as a PWO. Air Force offered him a full ride. as far as kickers go, this guy will be the full time kicker in two years

Last and CERTAINLY not least

Mason Muragin. 3-star DE De La Salle HS Michigan
Mason is one of the top 15 players in state of Michigan and expo be another steal. extremely smart and great size at 6-4 240 pounds. relentless kid with high level competitive gene. another mid 3-star guy that you win with.

Gotta love what staff is doing. have two more names that likely pop the is weekend. will have more updates later tonight.

One other question Ryan-- I know BB's recruiting classes were not very high and they figured it out with development at UW/Arkansas, but any concern re a guy like Muragin and Clarke not being HIGHLY sought after despite Iowa State and maybe Wisconsin being after them somewhat? Just asking-- giving BB all the leash he needs, but wanted your thoughts on the class thus far outside of Feagin.

I think he’s building a nice program with solid to mid/high three stars with a couple highly touted kids thrown in. 3stars build your program. look at what Jerry kill did or PJ fleck has done at Minnesota. these are quality kids he’s getting. got the mold with what he’s wanting
